Responsibilities
- Own IGBS KPI dashboards and be the primary source of expertise in IGBS for KPIs and dashboard building.
- Teach the rest of the organization how to develop great KPIs and how to get value from them.
- Build and maintain all IGBS KPI dashboards in Power BI.
- Take a strong interest in the best way to present KPIs, designing and visualizing the data to help users understand trends and insights.
- Manage user access to dashboards and data sources.
- Work with functions, business transformation colleagues, and IT to identify and source data.
- Own the IGBS approach to process modeling and develop strong expertise in process modeling, acting as a teacher and role model for the whole IGBS organization.
- Innovate process capabilities and maintain the service onboarding methodology.
