Senior Business Insights Manager – TaskUs
Will be responsible for leading a team that helps internal and external stakeholders understand and monitor their performance, investigate trends, identify anomalies, draw conclusions from data, and develop insights that assist in optimizing opportunities and driving the business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide business analytics and insights leadership and strategic direction to a group of Business Insights Analysts.
- Deliver process‑related insights and improvements by working across functional teams, define key operational metrics and dashboards to increase operational efficiency (e.g., reduced costs, reduced manual touch), distill complex data analyses into actionable information.
- Partner with the data visualisation team to stay current and leverage new data points and data delivery tools; drive awareness of data availability and build best practice sharing.
