(Senior) Business Development Officer - Private Equity Blending & Co-Investment

Your role

To scale FMOs private equity business, you will work closely with our colleagues at the Partnerships for impact (P4i) department to identify public (funders / donors / philanthropies) and private impact investors who are interested and willing to invest or assist FMO to grow its private equity portfolio, you will understand the product and needs of the private equity department, have experience in the Private Equity space, understand Equity structures, governance and alignment dynamics, etc.; and armed with that knowledge you will approach potential funders to structure different programs/solutions which ultimately assist FMO in growing its private equity portfolio under management.
