We are a growing Western Canadian distribution company in the heavy‑duty and automotive parts industry looking for an experienced Senior Development & Distribution Manager to join our leadership team.

This role is responsible for overseeing distribution operations, inventory strategy, branch support, vendor development, and business growth initiatives across multiple locations. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, supporting sales growth, and strengthening customer relationships while leading warehouse and distribution performance.

The ideal candidate is hands‑on, operationally strong, and understands the fast‑paced environment of wholesale parts distribution. Experience in heavy‑duty truck, automotive, industrial, or aftermarket parts distribution is considered a strong asset.
