Overview
The Talent and Skills Management Pod sits within the Talent, Skills & Legal Product Group under Corporate Platforms and is responsible for the enterprise HR platforms that enable how we manage performance, talent, succession, workforce planning, and skills across the colleague lifecycle. The pod partners closely with Talent Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable, compliant, and business‑aligned solutions, with Workday serving as the system of record for talent and skills data. This includes supporting Workday Talent Management capabilities and advancing enterprise skills enablement through Workday Skills Cloud and integrated skills intelligence platforms.
