Senior Business Analyst - Virtual Position

Description We're looking for a strategic Senior Business Analyst to lead business transformation and drive innovation across our national Door-to-Door and Call Centre teams. You'll lead pilot programs, harness AI tools to deliver data-driven insights, and guide cross-functional teams through digital initiatives—all while gaining exposure to cutting-edge generative AI platforms like TELUS FueliX.

Pilot Program & Strategic Leadership

Lead evaluation and analysis of compensation, Living Out Allowance, and SPIFF programs

Design pilot frameworks, define success metrics, and establish KPIs

Present business cases and scaling recommendations to executive leadership

AI & Technology Integration

Leverage generative AI platforms (TELUS FueliX and others) to enhance analysis and uncover insights

Mentor teams on AI tool adoption and best practices

Identify opportunities to embed AI solutions into business processes
