Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst This position is in the Innovation & Technology department at YVR. The role reports to the Manager, Technology Services (Airport Applications) and requires a strong background in operational systems implementation, business analysis, and technical program management expertise to manage the business and technology aspects of airport systems that involve multiple, complex business processes and technology systems.

Key responsibilities

Overseeing the day-to-day management of technology systems, which includes incident review and resolution, change management, vendor management, relationship management and business unit support

Configuring, designing, testing, and troubleshooting vendor packaged solutions and their integrations

Leading system implementations while ensuring issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner
