Scope & Objectives
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, leading the migration of legacy applications (MS Access, VB6, PHP, .NET) into modern environments such as SharePoint Online, PowerApps Platform, and ServiceNow. The role also supports ongoing ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture (EA) implementation and maintains the Application Portfolio Modernization (APM) program, ensuring all applications remain above the desired condition level.
