Senior Business Analyst
to support a large-scale healthcare technology initiative within the public sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working groups.
Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, impact assessments, and business modeling.
Support project planning, risk management, change management, and implementation activities.
Collaborate with development, QA, vendor, and business teams to deliver effective solutions.
Develop business processes, user documentation, training materials, and operational procedures.
Must-Have Qualifications Experience with Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021, Digital Service Standard, Ontario Design System (ODS), and Service Design Playbook.
