Senior Business Analyst

Ottawa based: Looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst who will be involved in documenting and maturing processes for the Arctic and Offshore Patrol Ship and Joint Support Ship In-Service Support (AJISS) program. The Business Analyst will contribute to the development and renewal of Value Stream Maps (VSM) using LEAN methodologies. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement within the processes, which may result in ECPs, which includes details about the benefits of the proposed change, the value proposition and financial figures. The Business Analyst will be responsible for formulating value propositions through requirements specifications, presentations and/or analysis of gaps, pain points or opportunities for innovation and/or process improvement. The Business Analyst will also work with the AJISS Team and AJISS Change Manager to adapt existing processes for use with updated information technology offerings.
