HR platforms
Corporate / Business Division: Corporate Center

Role Purpose:
• Act as functional expert for Oracle HCM Core, ensuring high-quality end‑to‑end
HR process design, system configuration, and data integrity.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM Core
solutions that include clear specs and acceptance criteria for the Development
team and Product Owners
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and harmonization across
global HR systems by leveraging Oracle HCM capabilities, best practices, and
data-driven insights.
