Senior Business Analyst I

We are looking for a motivated and execution-oriented analyst to support Digital M&A for R&D and Cybersecurity initiatives. This role focuses primarily on supporting acquisitions, divestitures and integration initiatives impacting R&D, software engineering and digital platforms. The analyst will coordinate integration of workstreams, support onboarding of newly acquired engineering teams, track execution plans, manage stakeholder collaboration and contribute to cybersecurity initiatives. Approximately 80% of the role is dedicated to Digital M&A activities within the R&D and Engineering ecosystem, while 20% focuses on cybersecurity and source code governance initiatives.
