Supporting business analysts in recording, structuring and prioritising business requirements in the area of maintenance.

Supporting business analysts in organising and conducting (requirements) workshops with business.

Translation of business requirements into the S/4HANA system landscape, including identification and resolution of conflicting objectives (fit/standard vs gap/customer‑specific).

Interface function between business analysts and IT team (translating requirements into ICT requirements and ensuring technical feasibility).

Assistance with documenting requirements (technical and technical specifications).

Support in creating test cases and carrying out the tests.

Advice on solution options, best practices and standards in the area of SAP EAM.
