- Arabic National
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst
- Proven experience in Digital Transformation, Government, Consulting, or Enterprise Technology Projects
- Strong stakeholder management, client engagement, and requirements gathering skills
- Must be willing to travel onsite to client locations across the UAE and other regions as required
