Senior Business Analyst (Contract)

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading end-to-end business analysis activities for medium to large-scale, complex, and cross-functional initiatives. This role serves as the key link between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project teams to ensure business requirements are accurately captured, analysed, documented, and translated into effective and practical solutions.

The position plays a critical role in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, process design, impact assessment, solution evaluation, user acceptance testing support, and implementation readiness . The Senior Business Analyst also supports AI and automation initiatives, contributes to continuous improvement in business analysis practices, and provides guidance and mentoring to junior team members to strengthen overall project delivery capability.
