Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support Phase 2 of their Human Capital Management (HCM) Modernization Program. This contract position operates on a Hybrid work model out of the People department. The primary focus of this engagement is to support the implementation of Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) and Payroll capabilities while retiring legacy workforce management and payroll systems.
In this role, you will provide critical hands-on delivery support across business process design, requirements elicitation, system integration analysis, testing readiness, and defect resolution.
