Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Technical Competencies Required for this role:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in financial services sector.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering business analysis projects and driving process improvements for digital products and services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business scenarios and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
