Senior Building Services Draughtsperson

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an experienced Building Services Draughtsperson to join their dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and coordinated drawings for building services projects, working closely with engineers and project teams from concept through to construction.

POSITION INFO:
Duties: Prepare detailed HVAC , plumbing, fire, and electrical services drawings Develop layouts, schematics, and installation drawings Coordinate drawings with other disciplines (architectural, structural, and civil) Update and revise drawings based on design changes and site feedback Ensure that drawings comply with relevant standards, codes, and client specifications Maintain drawing registers and document control Minimum Requirements: Relevant Draughting / Technical qualification 3+ years' experience in building services draughting Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience advantageous) Strong unde...
