- Conduct hygrothermal analysis to assess moisture movement, condensation risk, and drying performance
- Perform thermal modeling and thermal bridging assessments to improve building envelope efficiency
- Support whole-building energy performance optimization through simulation
- Develop airtightness and acoustic performance solutions
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to design and validate testing programs
- Analyze and interpret test results to support product development and performance improvements
- Minimum 58 years' experience in building performance analysis
- Facade engineering, building envelope design, or materials R&D
- Strong understanding of heat, air, moisture, and acoustic performance in buildings
- Experience with simulation software such as WUFI, THERM, flixo, Design Builder,...
