Job Reaponsibilities
- Own regional brand performance metrics including volumes, market share, distribution quality and visibility
- Identify state-wise growth opportunities and translate them into clear marketing activation and execution plans leveraging the 4Ps of Marketing
- Track and report regional performance against tagets & course correct with agility in partnership with relevant stakeholders
- Keep track of activation and Media effectiveness and spend efficiency
- Partner with Sales and Supply Chain on S&OP planning to ensure readiness for demand generation initiatives
- Align marketing plans with availability, pricing, assortment and distribution priorities
- Flag risks and opportunities proactively to enable faster decision-making
- Own both the Design and Delivery of Economy Brands for the state
