We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior BIM/CAD Lead to oversee the strategic development, implementation, and maintenance of CAD and BIM standards across the Stantec Energy & Resources UK business. This role will lead the creation, governance, and continuous improvement of multi-platform design standards, ensuring consistency and quality across a wide range of engineering disciplines and software environments.
In addition to setting strategy, the role will be hands-on in managing and coordinating BIM/CAD modelling work tasks between UK teams and our offshore design centre in Pune, with the flexibility to undertake model authoring when required. The successful candidate will also provide leadership to a team of 3D BIM modellers, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of 3D modelling workflows using Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Inventor, and other relevant platforms.
