Role Description
- To operate within a single discipline with little supervision.
- To support model delivery and compliance with project and company standards and meets clients Exchange Information Requirements (EIR).
- To be able to use 3 or more modelling software packages with speciality in one package.
- May lead a small team in BIM modelling and drawing production for single discipline under the supervision of BIM Coordinator.
- To create a sense of shared ownership and accountability balancing this with decisiveness and holding others to account for delivery.
- To take ownership for own responsibility, creating clarity and motivating and aligning others.
