Senior BIM MEP Modeler | 3D Coordination & Clash Detection

Confidential Company is seeking a skilled BIM MEP Modeler with a minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP modeling, including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical systems. The candidate will develop accurate BIM models and prepare detailed shop drawings while coordinating with other teams.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is essential, along with proven experience in LOD 300/400 modeling. Immediate joiners are highly preferred. UAE/GCC project experience is advantageous.
