About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Lead to oversee and drive the Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy and execution for a prestigious RTA infrastructure project in Dubai . This role will act as the central point of coordination between design teams, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless digital delivery and model integration across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies across the project lifecycle.
- Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary models (Structural, MEP, Architectural, Civil, Landscape, ID) ensuring alignment and clash‑free integration.
- Oversee the creation of 3D models and 2D documentation using Revit (Structural focus), including general arrangements, sections, and reinforcement detailing for concrete and steel structures.
