Senior Billing Specialist (US)

Work Setup & Schedule:

• 8:00pm to 5:00am – Mondays to Friday
• 3 months onsite during probationary period then will transition to a Hybrid setup with 1–2 days onsite per month or quarter.

JOB OVERVIEW

• We are seeking a billing specialist to join our growing and well-established national firm. This person will be responsible for analyzing time entry transactions and drafting billings and other report production.

What you’ll be doing:

• Draft preliminary invoices based on WIP analysis, engagement terms, and historical billing practices for approval in the Firm’s time and billing system
• Respond timely to inquiries (email or phone) throughout the day
