Senior Billing Analyst - Revenue & Data Insight

SGS is seeking a Senior Billing Analyst located in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will oversee the billing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while working closely with various teams. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and have 2 to 3 years of experience in billing or similar functions.

Key responsibilities include managing invoices, analyzing billing data, and resolving complex issues, whilst providing exceptional customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle AR is preferred.
