Senior Bidding & Technical Lead, Aquatics & BIM

Out Task is seeking a Bidding & Technical Lead to oversee their Philippines back-office, ensuring technical quality and timely delivery of aquatic construction projects. You will manage multidisciplinary teams and act as the main technical authority throughout project lifecycles, from bidding to engineering and BIM delivery.

With a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 12-15 years of experience, you will lead complex bids and designs while maintaining high standards and resolving technical disputes. The role requires a strong leader capable of fostering team growth and quality.
