As we are continuously growing in an evolving and challenging environment, we are looking to reinforce our existing dynamic team with someone who is thrilled to grow with us and take, depending on her or his experience, the responsibilities below:
- Taking responsibility in managing all aspects of PPP/DBFM(O) (Design Build Finance Maintain (Operate)) Bid submissions (on an SPV level and in close collaboration with colleagues from BESIX Contracting), from very early stages up to financial close, such as
- Leading or participating in discussions/ negotiations with the authorities (such as De Werkvennootschap, Regie der Gebouwen, Rijkswaterstaat, …), with our consortium partners and with internal clients and as the case may be acting as the first point of contact
- Play an active role as member of bid teams (with representatives from our consortium partners)
- Review of tender documentation;
