We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Manager with 10+ years of experience in managing end-to-end bid processes for App Dev/Support and infrastructure services. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, delivery, solutioning, pricing, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality proposals that align with customer requirements and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to final submission.
Work with sales and account teams to understand client requirements, deal strategy, and win themes.
Coordinate with solution architects, pricing, delivery, and legal teams to develop compelling proposals.
Own the proposal documentation (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, presentations, executive summaries, commercials).
Develop and maintain bid plans, timelines, and compliance checklists to ensure on-time and quality submissions.
