What you'll be doing? Team & leadership Lead, develop, and manage a team of three analysts – workload allocation, quality review, and growth Set the standards for data models, definitions, and documentation the whole business relies on Serve as the primary data partner to stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Product Business intelligence & analysis (primary focus) Maintain daily automated reports: leads, listings, LPL, promoted listings, sold listings, market monitor Deliver weekly ad‑hoc data requests across P24 and Auto Trader Produce monthly and quarterly commercial analyses, industry reports, and press‑ready data articles Track commercial KPIs: take rate, ROS/MDS, LPL per dealer, slot utilisation, dealer profitability Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Apache Superset; templates in Excel and Google Sheets Proactively identify data improvement opportunities and surface insights to the business Automation & data pipelines (second focus) Write and m...
