Senior Benefits Manager

Job Description Summary We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Benefits Manager to serve as our internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead our global health, disability, wellness, pension/retirement, and time off/leaves programs. In this role, you will plan and deliver the company’s benefits program for North America, Europe, and APAC, ensuring integrity and consistency in how its various components are applied worldwide. The ideal candidate will have experience leading multiple annual benefit renewals and open enrollments and the proven ability to manage projects effectively, from planning to execution. You will manage global vendor relationships, ensuring our third‑party providers deliver exceptional service. You will also partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal and other internal stakeholders.
