Senior Benefits Manager

We are seeking a hands‑on Benefits Manager to serve as our internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead our global health, disability, wellness, pension/retirement, and time‑off/leaves programs across North America, Europe, and APAC. In this role you will plan and deliver the company’s benefits program, ensuring integrity and consistency worldwide, manage global vendor relationships, and partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage design, governance, planning, and implementation of global employee benefits programs, including annual benefit reviews, renewals, and program redesign initiatives.

Analyze utilization, cost, participation, and demographic data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.

Develop presentations and recommendations for leadership on new benefit plans, new markets, and overall enhancements to program design, policy, strategy, and technology.
