Job Description Summary

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Benefits Manager to serve as our internal SME and lead our global health, disability, wellness, pension/retirement, and time‑off/leaves programs. In this role, you will plan and deliver the company’s benefits program for North America, Europe, and APAC, ensuring integrity and consistency worldwide. Responsibilities

Manage the design, governance, planning, and implementation of global employee benefits programs, including leading annual benefit reviews, renewals, and program re‑design initiatives. Analyze utilization, cost, participation, and demographic data to identify trends and inform strategic decision‑making. Develop presentations and recommendations for leadership on new benefit plans, new markets, or overall enhancements to program design, policy, strategy, and technology and their subsequent implementation.
