Senior Backend Engineering Manager

Mastercard seeks a Manager, Software Development to lead backend engineering teams delivering Java 17 / Spring Boot microservices. You will drive delivery across the SDLC, shape architecture, and ensure secure, scalable services with strong observability.

You will partner with Architecture, PM, QA, Security and Ops to translate roadmaps into reliable execution, coach engineers, and raise engineering maturity and incident resilience.
