Senior Backend Engineer: Serverless, AI & Microservices

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and build scalable middleware powering digital ordering, payments, loyalty, and third‑party integrations across a major consumer platform. You will develop serverless apps with AWS Lambda and API Gateway, and build Node.js/TypeScript microservices.

You will design event‑driven architectures with SQS/SNS, implement infrastructure as code with Terraform, and actively use AI-assisted tools as part of daily engineering workflow.
