Senior Backend Engineer (Python + Django, Latam)

**The Role**:
We're seeking a Senior Backend Engineer who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
You'll work directly with the company's founders and help shape both the product and technical direction.

The ideal person will be passionate about building consumer data privacy software, and will have experience across most of these areas:
- Python / Django
- Working in Django at Scale
- Django-rest-framework and/or django-ninja
- Utilizing various testing strategies to deliver high quality, robust code
- Asynchronous jobs execution / event brokers (Celery / RabbitMQ / Redis)
