Senior Backend Engineer
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Engagement Length: 6-12 months (possibility of extension)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) with 2+ hours overlap in PST
Notice Period: 2 weeks only
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $60,****** - $65,****** per month
Key Skills Required:
7+ years of experience in AWS, Python, and Golang
Strong expertise in system design, scalability, and latency optimization
Experience migrating services from Python to Go (mandatory)
Proficiency in Kubernetes, Postgres, Redis, and tools like Grafana
Familiarity with testing, SOLID principles, and design patterns
