Senior Backend Engineer
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Engagement Length: 6-12 months (possibility of extension)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) with 2+ hours overlap in PST
Notice Period: 2 weeks only
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per month
Key Skills Required:
- 7+ years of experience in AWS, Python, and Golang
- Strong expertise in system design, scalability, and latency optimization
- Experience migrating services from Python to Go (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Postgres, Redis, and tools like Grafana
- Familiarity with testing, SOLID principles, and design patterns
