Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong technical leadership skills to shape and evolve our backend platform. You will act as a technical reference for the team, take ownership of backend architecture, improve code quality and engineering standards, and help drive a more mature, engineering‑focused culture.
You will work on a SaaS platform built on .NET 10, running primarily on Azure PaaS, in an international, English‑speaking environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve scalable, secure, and maintainable backend systems.
- Lead backend development efforts, driving technical design and architectural decisions.
- Serve as a technical reference for the team and support and mentor other engineers.
- Own the full software lifecycle—from concept and design to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Work across modern and legacy systems.
