Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior L3 Support Developer with expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and XML to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide L3 production support for Digital Banking applications and backend services.
- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents and system issues.
- Develop, maintain and enhance backend services using Java, Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions for recurring issues.
- Support application deployment, patching and release activities across multiple environments.
