Senior Backend Architect & Cloud Tech Lead

Synmatch AI is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (Architecture & Cloud) to own backend architecture and cloud infrastructure for medical imaging projects in Munich. You will lead technical decisions, mentor peers, and stay hands-on across the stack, shaping product direction with product managers and R&D teams in an international setting.

You should have 5+ years in backend development, deep Python expertise (FastAPI preferred), REST API design chops, and strong cloud/IaC experience.
