- Reports to Technical Manager and supports the Sales Team.
- Involved in pre‑sales, solution deployment and maintenance.
- Prepares and delivers business and security value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conducting Proof‑of‑Concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary.
- Develops technical specifications to describe customer requirements.
- Prepares technical presentations and provides trainings to the customers.
- Provides (on‑site) 1st level support and troubleshooting of solutions deployed to customers
- Field work is required
Qualifications
- At least 3 years working experience in a Systems Integration Industry
- Familiar with commonly used security concepts, best practices and standard procedures
- Good analytic, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
