Senior B2C Collections Lead - Process Improvement & SLA

Sgs is looking for a Senior Collections Specialist to join the Bill to Cash (B2C) team in Bogotá. In this role, you will manage customer collections, focusing on aged invoices while providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years in related roles and have strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for account reconciliations, improving collection processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Compensation includes a language bonus and performance-based commissions after an initial fixed period.
