Doneverse is seeking a high-performing Senior Appointment Setter to lead a small team and shape outbound strategy from a Permanent Work From Home setup in the Philippines.

You’ll spend most of your time booking qualified appointments, coaching two Appointment Setters, and reviewing AI-generated conversations to improve processes and team performance. A proven track record of exceeding targets is required. You’ll also help shape reporting and sales strategy with leadership.
