Incident Triage & Resolution
- Provide Amazon Connect engineering support to the Australian development team.
- Assist in troubleshooting, implementation, and optimisation of Amazon Connect solutions for various client projects.
- Develop, support and extend Amazon Connect through integrations such as data dips, 3rd party apps, lambda functionality, and generative AI integrations.
