Role Summary
As an L3 AWS Cloud Operations Engineer at Atos’ Global Delivery Center in the Philippines, you will lead the maintenance and optimization of a global client’s Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure – supporting a major multinational hospitality enterprise. In this senior role, you will ensure high availability, security, and performance of mission‑critical cloud systems. You will manage complex production operations (Level 3 support), integrate DevOps and ITIL best practices, and drive continuous improvements in automation, reliability, and cost efficiency. This position requires close collaboration with development and security teams to deliver robust AWS‑managed services in a 24x7, ITIL‑aligned environment.
