Overview
As an L3 AWS Cloud Operations Engineer at Atos’ Global Delivery Center in the Philippines, you will lead the maintenance and optimization of a global client’s AWS cloud infrastructure, supporting a major multinational hospitality enterprise. In this senior role, you will ensure high availability, security, and performance of mission-critical cloud systems. You will manage complex production operations (Level 3 support), integrate DevOps and ITIL best practices, and drive continuous improvements in automation, reliability, and cost efficiency. This position requires close collaboration with development and security teams to deliver robust AWS-managed services in a 24x7, ITIL-aligned environment.
