Role Overview:

Kristal.AI is establishing a dedicated AI transformation initiative to revolutionise our wealth management operations. As the founding team member, you'll spearhead our mission to become the industry's most operationally efficient wealth management platform through intelligent automation. This role reports directly to the Head of Data Science, and you will get an opportunity to work directly with senior people in the organization.

Strategic Leadership & Vision

• Develop Kristal.AI's comprehensive AI transformation strategy and execution roadmap.
