To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Automation Engineer located in Juarez, South Site.
Responsibilities Report to the Director of Operations. Develop automation requirements and specifications. Develop budget and schedule for projects and manage projects to stay within them. Conduct equipment design reviews and provide design guidance to suppliers. Manage automation suppliers through all phases of projects. Provide on-site support during machine build, debug, and testing/qualification. Support new product development automation needs, facilitate assembly processes through the implementation of assembly cells and automated equipment at NPI stage and ensure meeting development timeline.
