The Business Intelligence team in Shopee is the custodian of data and connects Shopee's business development, marketing and operations teams. We support various departments on performance reporting, dashboarding and in depth analyses to provide key business insights.
Job Description
- Serve as an in-house consultant for data-driven solutions to drive actionable business impact.
- Build, test and improve automation solutions that programmatically do repetitive tasks, gather information, scrape websites or other sources, and process the data gathered.
- Able to analyse business context, business processes and data to identify problem gaps.
- Suggest automation solutions to business problems.
- Document and maintain existing automated processes making sure that they are efficient, well-structured, and sustainable in the long run.
